Terms & Conditions

Thanks for choosing our services

Please read our Terms of Service carefully. These Terms apply to all types of cleaning services performed by Blue Team Group Inc. for all customers. By placing an order for services, you agree to the price, scope, schedule, and all other terms provided in the confirmation email from Blue Team Group Inc. These Terms, along with your confirmation, form the complete agreement and override any previous communications or customer-provided terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PRICE (COST OF SERVICE)

Every first visit may take longer due to unfamiliarity with the home and its conditions. Quotes are based on the information provided on the form. If more time is needed due to the actual conditions, we will contact you to discuss additional time and any associated costs.

If you have a specific budget, let us know in advance. We will focus on priorities within the time allowed. However, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction if time or budget is limited.

THE SERVICE

If your home requires more time or work than expected, we will communicate with you and, when possible, send additional help. If a job cannot be completed on the same day due to time constraints, we may return the next day.

Our teams use specific checklists for each type of service. If you are present, please review the job before they leave. If you are not present, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your concerns. We do not offer refunds, but we will return to fix any missed areas if notified within 24 hours.

Note: We are cleaners, not restoration experts. In severely poor conditions, results are limited to time, budget, and surface conditions.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY

Our staff will not:

  • Move items heavier than 35 lbs
  • Climb ladders or unsafe surfaces
  • Handle hazardous materials (e.g., bodily fluids, needles, drug paraphernalia)

Presence of infestation (insects, rodents, etc.) may lead to service cancellation for safety reasons. If any danger is present, the team may leave, and full charges will still apply.

SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

Blue Team Group Inc. provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We prefer to use our own tools for efficiency. If you prefer us to use your supplies, send an advance email with a list of products. Note: We are not liable for damage when using customer-provided products.

Products We Use: Lysol, Windex, Vim, Fabuloso, Palmolive, Clorox, Easy-Off.

CANCELLATIONS

Confirmed bookings reserve a dedicated time. We require:

  • 48+ hours notice to cancel: No fee
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% charge
  • Same-day or <24 hours: 100% charge

Skipping appointments (especially for monthly plans) may result in additional charges due to increased work.

PROPERTY ACCESS

Provide all necessary access details 24 hours before your booking. Failure to access the property will result in a same-day cancellation charge. Ensure safe pathways during snow or ice. Accidents caused by unsafe access are your responsibility.

ARRIVAL WINDOW

We offer arrival windows: 8–9 AM, 10 AM–1 PM, 1–4 PM. We cannot guarantee exact times. We will send a reminder the day before your appointment. Arrival time is an estimate and subject to changes.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

If accidental damage occurs, our team will report it, and we will contact you. We are not liable for:

  • Items not secured properly
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improper installations or unsealed surfaces
  • Fragile items not removed in advance

Our maximum liability is 5x the service cost on the day of the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, bodily injury, or data loss.

WEAR AND TEAR

Certain surfaces (e.g., baseboards, grout, glass doors) may have accumulated wear that cannot be removed by cleaning alone. Multiple visits may be required, or improvement may not be possible.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL FEE

Hiring a current or former Blue Team Group Inc. employee outside of our agreement incurs a $3,000 referral fee, due within 30 days.

CARPET CLEANING

This is an additional service. We cannot guarantee stain removal. Extra charges may apply based on the number of stains. Carpets should be vacuumed before we arrive, or additional fees may apply.

PAYMENTS

A credit card is required for all services. You may pay by cash at the time of service, or we will charge the card on file. Payment is due within 24 hours. Overdue payments will incur:

  • $50 NSF + $5 per day (up to 30 days)
  • Legal collections after 30 days

Recurring clients may pay by cash, e-transfer, or auto-charge.

BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR STAFF

Our cleaners work hard. Disrespect or mistreatment will not be tolerated. If a staff member feels unsafe or disrespected, they may leave immediately, and you will be charged in full.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By confirming your appointment, you accept these terms. Please contact us if you have different expectations. Let us know within 24 hours of your appointment if you have any concerns.
